Women of Faith

I attended my first Women of Faith conference in Indianapolis this weekend. I went with my teacher friends, Leslie, Christina and Barb. It was so fun and so refreshing. First of all, I've never seen 12,000 Christian women gathered in one arena--to me, that was just unbelievable. Also, I loved seeing Steven Curtis Chapman & Mandisa. Blair from the Facts of Life was there too. The speakers were so good and I really got a lot out of the experience.

Glenwood Gardens

Ben and I went to Glenwood Gardens last Thursday evening and the weather was gorgeous. There were so many pretty flowers in bloom and the trail is very relaxing.

Vacation

We got back from vacation yesterday. It was so much fun but I was really glad to get home to my own bed:) Our first time at Hilton Head Island was a blast! It was just so relaxing and laid back. Riding bikes, laying out on the beach and eating great, high-calorie, yummy food was part of our every day routine.

Sunflowers!

i wanted to practice some more with my camera and photoshop elements. so i persuaded leah to wake up early and head to this gorgeous field of sunflowers today.
